Early Pipsqueaks & Penwipes--Each sold separately

  • In the name of expediency, I'm picturing these pipsqueaks and penwipes as a group. However, they are sold separately. Each is designated by letter. I give you prices and a short description here but please email for more photos, condition reports and further details. Any of these would delight someone as a holiday gift:

    A. Pipsqueak Shorebird. 7.5” tall x 4”4 long, crack down the front, squeaker works. Provenance: Ex-Collection of Edson J. Brown and Ross M. Trump, Medina, Ohio. #6951   $300

    B. Pipsqueak, rare bird tree, 8.5” tall x 4.5”. A few flakes to paint, some moss missing, squeaker works, fabric of squeaker replaced. Provenance: Ex-Collection of Edson J. Brown and Ross M. Trump, Medina, Ohio. #6953   $1195

    D. Penwipe cat, 4” x 2.75”, top fabric leaf is frayed. Provenance Ex-Collection of Jim and Nancy Glazer. #6943   Sold

    E. Pipsqueak large rooster, 9.75” tall x 5.5” x 3” wide (this is big for a pipsqueak), a couple of small flakes to paint, very stable crack starting on breast (seems to just be paint flaking at the seam), squeaker works, fabric replaced.     F. Pipsqueak flying bird (I’ve never seen this form before), 7.25” wide x 5” beak to tail, tip of one wing has been repaired, squeaker does not work and fabric is torn and would benefit from replacement. Provenance: Ex-Collection of Edson J. Brown and Ross M. Trump, Medina, Ohio. #6954   $300

    H. Penwipe, turtle, turtle shell is a walnut shell with paper legs and head, red and green wool felt leaves, good condition. Provenance Ex-Collection of Jim and Nancy Glazer.#6933   $275

    I. Penwipe Goose, 4” tall x 3.5” diameter, goose in good condition, body has one moth hole under wing, wool felt leaf has a little fraying in one spot, bottom is woven grass mat and has some losses. Provenance Ex-Collection of Jim and Nancy Glazer. #6944   Sold
