Beautifully rendered watercolor on paper, laid onto card, of a lovely lady with huge gigot sleeves, fashionable hair comb and brooch at the low neckline of her dress. The lady holds a book to indicate that she is educated. Circa 1825-1835. In the original mahogany veneer frame which measures 7 9/16" x 8 1/4". (#3146)      $895
