Assembled set of four late 18th century pewter spoons. Two of the
spoons have U-shaped drops where the handle is attached to the bowl, and
two do not. There are various minor dents and bends. The
pewter is quite malleable which indicates a higher lead content and an
earlier date. These date circa last half of the 18th century.
Longest spoons measures 8 1/2" long. Likely Dutch or Flemish. (#4799) $85 / set of 4 |
