Magnificent 14 1/2" inch wavy-edged charger with triple-reeded, fluted
edge and fairly shallow bowl. Very good condition with a few marks
in the bowl. There is some small, even-sized pitting that looks
more like fork marks than anything I can think of. Soft polished
patina. The only apology is the chips in a small area of the
outside scalloped rim, as seen in the 3rd photo. Not very
noticeable. No touchmarks. Likely French, circa 1760. (#4511) $575 |
