| Three beautifully cast and touchmarked pewter spoons. They are
8 1/4" long. Honestly, they look early to me, but the fact that
the touchmark "A*L" has a date "1778" makes me think reproduction.
It is just fairly unusual to have a date in a touchmark. Whether
early or not, they are a bargain and will look absolutely fabulous in
your period setting or pewter collection. If anyone knows anything
about this touchmark, please share the information with me! (#3890) $55/set of three
