This wonderful little 18th century 9" oblong charger is more rare than the big 20 incher I have listed today.  What a great way to finish or start a collection of oblong wavy edge serving dishes.  Beautiful detailing to the beaded scalloped edge.  Excellent condition and patination.  Two touchmarks including (1) a crowned rose with worn initials on either side of the crown edge that may be "H D"; and (2) a standing winged soldier or angel with a raised sword and a shield, standing on a cliff edge with the initials "E. D. O."   Circa 1780.  Flemish or French.
