Lovely little 19th century burl wood veneer trinket box with
exquisitely done needlepoint under beveled glass on the top. 7 1/2" x 6
1/2" x 3 3/8" tall. Be sure to note the tiny, tiny needlepoint
stitches and the lovely inlay around the top and edges. The brass
lock is quite pretty also. As you can see in the photos,
there is a little veneer missing here and there. But still in very
good condition. Circa 1845. (#765) $295 |
