Wonderful late 18th to early 19th century Federal period mirror with old
finish and original mirror. The country maker of this folky mirror
didn't get the scroll work exactly the same on both sides, adding to the
folk art charm of the piece. It has the original chamfered back
and a few repairs to the scrollwork, which is to be expected. 13
3/4" at the widest point x 16 1/2" tall. This is a great find,
showing how a country woodworker did an uptown look! (#4104) $350 |
