This is a really lovely tiger's eye and seed pearl pendant and/or brooch that I see as a stylized butterfly.....but I suppose it could be a basket.  It is sterling silver (but unmarked).  The tiger eye stones are stunning.  The seed pearls are different colors (some white, some grey).  There might be two missing seed pearls, but truly, my eyes have gotten bad enough that I can't tell for sure even with a loupe.  The back includes the original t-hinge and c-clasp and also a loop at the top which allows you to put in on a chain.  It measures 1 3/8" across x 1 1/4" tall.  Circa last half of the 19th century.
