Antique child's watercolor of yellow horse with a patterned blanket.
This wonderful folk art miniature is American School, likely
Pennsylvania and on wove paper. I've had it placed in a period
gilt frame liner which measures 7" x 5 3/4". The horse is floated
atop archival dark brown mat board. Sight size is 5 1/2" x 4 1/2".
Circa 1850. Looks great hanging with the sepia watercolor horse
that I'm also listing today. (#4502) $375 |
