| I'm pleased to offer this incredibly carved whale ivory bodkin.
This wonderful carved whimsey likely made by a sailor while on a whaling
expedition. Bodkins were used by sailors as a needle for their sails. A
very desirable piece of whaling history the incredible carving on this
tiny 4" ivory whimsey topped by a carved clinched fist.
